AGENDA OVERVIEW

Your certification journey meets the requirements of the Council of Chief State School Offices (CCSSO) Design, Assessment, and Implementation Principles for Educator Micro-credentials. All principles are incorporated into your rigorous and engaging learning journey:

And...while the learning will be rigorous, the three days will be filled with fun, uplifting events. We know that learning together and having fun together is better, so we have a number of special activities planned for you to meet with and connect with the presenters and attendees.

Through purposeful and engaging learning designs, participants will understand:

the critical components of shifting the culture, growing the implementers, and building deliberate developmental implementation (DDI) in your organization,
the high cost of non-implementation,
the importance of leveraging human and learning-centered design.

You will design and present an implementation plan that meets IMPACT Performance Rubric Standards to colleagues and IMPACT Specialists.

Through purposeful and engaging learning designs, participants will:

co-create an implementation plan that meets certification standards.

how to develop your IMPACT Implementation Plan to support staff to and through ANY change initiative.
